摘要
作者采用红外CO_2气体分析仪等,研究了枣树(Zizyphus jujuba Mill)叶片的光合速率与叶绿素含量间的关系。结果认为:同一枣树品种同一时期叶片的光合速率与叶片的叶绿素含量呈显著正相关;同一品种不同时期采样进行分析,由于受其他因素的影响,叶片的光合速率与叶绿素含量间相关不明显;不同品种间,叶片的叶绿素含量与叶片的光合速率间无明显的相关关系。叶绿素含量的高低不能代表品种的光合性能。
In 1987 and 1988, the relation between photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content in the leaves of Chinese jujube were studied with infrared CO2 analyser etc. The results are as follows: for the same cultivar, there is significantly positive correlation between the photosynthetic rate and the leaf chlorophyll content at the same time during growing season. However, no significant correlation between photosythetic rate and leaf chlorophyll content either for the different cultivars or for the same cul-tivar at different time during growing season. It is concluded that the chlorophyll content can not be used as an indicator of photosynthetic capacity in comparision of cultivars of Chinese jujube.
