摘要
判断糖类化合物环状结构α-和β-构型的常用方法,是根据决定构型的羟基是否参与形成替键,来确定用半缩醛(酮)羟基与末端羟甲基,还是与决定构型的羟基进行参照而判断的。判断难度大、易出错。本文提出一种简便有效的判断方法。实践证明,该法准确可靠、易掌握,且适用性广。
The conventional way fo judge the α- or β - configuration of carbohydrate cyclic structure is to define the relative position of hemia-cetal hydroxyl(ketone)group against the hydroxy-methyl group at C5 atom, while the configuration-determined hydroxyl group (CDHG) is involved in forming glycosidic bond, or against the CDHG while it is not involved in forming glycosidic bond.This method is rather confusing and not easy to grasp, In this paper a new way of the judgement is presented. Real cases prove that the new method is accurate, reliable, easy to operate and can be applied Widely.
