摘要
采用多种方法提取粗蜂胶中的有效成分 ,通过试验得出提取蜂胶的最佳工艺条件 ,将95 %乙醇与粗蜂胶按4∶1的配比进行回流抽提 ,提取温度85℃ ,过滤后回收乙醇得蜂胶浸膏。再用低温乙醇溶解法精制得到高品质蜂胶。
Through sets of methods adopted to extract activity ingredients in raw propolis.We got the best way to extract propolis;mix the alcohol with propolis in ratio 4∶1,and then go on turn flow extraction. Arter filter,evaporate and recover alcohol,we got propolis.used the iced alcohol dissolution method,high quality propolis was obtained.
