摘要
本文在参考国内外有关小麦胚稳定化处理的文献基础上,对小麦胚的稳定化处理进行了综述,并列举了几种稳定化方法。
The article summarized stable treatments of wheat germ based on the literature from home and abroad,and listed out some ways of stabilization.
