摘要
围岩特性曲线是巷道内支护反力与巷道周边径向位移的关系曲线,它对于巷道支护设计与施工具有重要意义,迄今为止,这一曲线都是根据实验室测定的岩石参数,通过对岩体力学模型的假定而推导出来的,很难与实际相符,本文提出了在现场实际测定围岩特性曲线的方法,研制了专门的围岩特性曲线测定仪,并成功地在矿山巷道中测出了该巷道的围岩特性曲线,文中还阐述了运用实测的围岩特性曲线所进行的支护设计、围岩参数反演和支护监控施工等工作。
The rock characteristic curve,representing the relation between reactive force of roadway support and radial displacement of the periphery of a roadway,is of important significance to the design of roadway support and construction.Up to now, this curve is established by using rock parameters obtained from laboratory tests, and is assumed and deducted from model of rockmass mechanics. It can hardly fit the actual conditions. This paper proposes an in-situ measurement method by using special developed instrument,which was successfully applied to plotting of characteristic curve of rocks of a roadway in a coal mine. The paper also describes application of measured characteristic curve in design of support,reverse calculation of rock parameters,operation with monitored and controlled support.
