摘要
扩展了相对体积算法,计算了变速旋转的敞口圆筒内水的真实非稳态流动。采用了原始变量、交错非等分网格和显式迭代。计算结果与实验现象相吻合。当圆筒长时间等速旋转,其内流体与筒体一起作刚性旋转时,计算自由表面形状与流体力学理论公式的预言吻合得很好。
The SOLA VOF is extended to calculate the water flow in an open cylinder, the rotation rate of which changes in a trapezoid wave. The water flow is true transient. The primary variables of the governing equation are primitive ones the pressure and velocity components. Staggered non uniform meshes and explicit iteration are used. The numerical result is consistent with the experimental phenomenon. If the cylinder rotates at a constant speed until the water and the cylinder act together as one rigid unity, the calculated free surface shape is very close to that predicted by the theoretical formula, which proves that the treatment to the free surface is correct.
