摘要
对炼油厂催化系统的再生器、沉降器残余应力状态进行现场测试分析 ,并对出现缺陷处、装置焊接成型过程中的强力组装处等典型部位进行测试 ,分析了出现缺陷的原因 .
The residual stresses in regeneration vessels and sedimentation vessels of industrial catalytic system were measured. Special attention was paid to those locations such as defects and welding lines. The influence of residual stresses were analyzed.
