摘要
在推导层状粘接复合结构良好粘接及存在弱界面、滑移界面和脱层等几种不同界面条件下声导波的广义频散方程的基础上,分析了界面径向与轴向力学参数对声导波传播特性的影响,进一步提出以频散特性为基础的超声导波定征方法和在最小二乘意义下的反向算法对粘接复合结构层间界面力学参数进行了估计。分析了影响估计准确性的各种因素,研究了超声导波定征方法对粘接复合结构层间力学参数的灵敏度及其在误差传递中的意义。
The generalized dispersion equations for guided waves in layered bonding composites with perfect, weak, slip or unbonded interfaces are derived. The effect of the interfacial mechanical properties on the propagation properties of ultrasonic Lamb waves are analyzed by calculating the dispersion curves of the two-layer bonding composites with different bonding conditions. In conjunction with the method of least square, the secant algorithm is used to estimate the interfacial radial and axial elastic coefficients of the layered bonding composite. The reasons for evaluation error of the parameters and the sensitivity of the method for different parameters are analyzed.
