摘要
研究了交联活性剂N,N-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺树脂(MPBM)对丁腈橡胶(NBR)过氧化物硫化体系中硫化反应的影响。结果表明,MPBM使胶料耐热氧老化性能提高。MPBM用量为3份以下时,硫化反应表观活化能(E_a)随MPBM用量增大而减小;当MPBM用量达到4份时,E_a升高。傅里叶变换红外光谱分析表明,MPBM与NBR发生了共交联反应。
This paper studied the influence of N, N - metabenzyl bimaleimide (MPBM) resin as cure activating ingredient on crosslinking reaction of nitrile - butadiene rubber (NBR) peroxide curing system. The results showed that MPBM made the thermal and oxygen aging resistance of the NBR vulcanizate enhanced. The data of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) indicated that with increasing MPBM the apparent activation energy (Ea) of crosslinking reaction decreased when the amount of MPBM was below 3 phr while increased when MPBM reached 4 phr. The analysis of Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) revealed that co - crosslinking reaction took placed between MPBM and the NBR.
