摘要
采用氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、红磷、聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇、三聚氰胺等无卤阻燃剂及其复合体系,对聚乙烯(PE)进行阻燃研究,结果表明:氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁及红磷复配体系具有很好的阻燃协同效应。聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇、三聚氰胺膨胀性体系应用于PE,极限氧指数可达28.8。
A study on flame - retardancy of polyethylene (PE) was carried out with Al(OH) 3, Mg(OH) 2, red phosphorus, ammonium polyphosphate (APP), pentaerythrite (PER) and melamine (MEI) as non - halogen flame -retardant. The results verified that there existed a flame - retardant synergism among Al(OH)3, Mg(OH)2 and red phosphorus composite system. The oxygen index reached 28.8 when the intumescent flame retardant system consisted of APP, PER and MEI was applied to PE.
