摘要
研究了用 SnCl_4· 5H_2O为催化剂,以肉桂酸和正丙醇为原料合成肉桂酸正丙酯的方法,通过对各种酸醇比、催化剂用量、不同反应时间的试验,找到了比较合适的反应条件。结果表明,当醇酸比为 3.0:1,催化剂用量为 0.8g(肉桂酸为 0.1mol情况下 ),带水剂甲苯为 15mL,反应时间为 3.0h时 ;酯化率可为 97.2%。
This paper introduced a new method on Synthesis of n- propyl cinnamate by SnCl_4· 5H_2O.By making experiments on various proportion of organic acid to alcothol and different amount of catalyst during different reaction time,the better reaction condition was found.The results showed that the appropriate conditions should be:weight of catalyst : 0.8g (for weight of Cinnamic acid:0.1mol),molar ratio of n- propyl to cinnamic acid:3.0:1,reaction time: 3.0 h,the taking water reagent(toluene): 15mL.The yield of butyl butyrate was about 97.2% .
