摘要
醇醚羧酸及其盐 (简称AEC)对 15w/ %的强酸、 4w/ %的烧碱和H2 O2 氧化剂稳定 ,2 0 0mg/L~ 5 0 0mg/L的水硬度不影响其溶液稳定性。EO加合数为 9的AE9C综合性能更佳 ,能耐受 12w/ %的烧碱 ,在饱和的MgCl2 、CaCl2 、NaCl水溶液中能形成稳定透明溶液 ,耐电解质和耐硬水性能优异 ,AE9C的水溶液 (2w/ % )在 2 40℃依然稳定 ,具有很高的工业应用价值。酸型产品AE9C -H对石蜡的乳化能力和对苯的增溶量分别为 3 6 2min和 3 3mL ,高盐型产品AE9C -Na的对应值 2 2 8min和 1 1mL。而低EO加合数的AE3C -Na具有更好的润湿性能。
Alkylethercarboxylic acids and their salts (AEC) are stable to 15w/% strong acids,4w/% NaOH/H_2O solution and oxidixer H_2O_2,their solution stability can not be influenced by hard water with different degree(200mg/L~500mg/L).AE_9C with EO degree 9,has more excellent overall properties,it is stable to 12w/% NaOH/H_2O solution,can form transparent solution in saturated solution of MgCl_2、CaCl_2and NaCl.The water solution of AE_9C(2w/%)is still stable in high temperature 240℃.The emulsifying capability to paraffin and solubilizing power to bezene of acid-type AE_9C-H is 3.62 min and 3.3mL,higher than the corresponding value 2.28 min and 1.1mL with salt-type AE_9C-Na. AE_3C-Na with lower EO degree has better wettability.
