实验以DMEM为基础培养基 ,分别用 5 %小牛血清 ,5 %小牛血清、 10 %人胎盘组织提取液和 5 %小牛血清、 2 0 0 μg/L胰岛素、 40 0 μg/L氢化可的松三种方法培养新生昆明小鼠的表皮基底细胞 ,经对比实验 ,确认人胎盘组织提取液具有的营养和生长因子的作用 ,能促进细胞增殖和新陈代谢 ,是一种较好的化妆品营养和活性添加剂。

With the DMEM basic medium we cultured the new born Kunming small rar epidermal basal￣cells through three kinds of methods that were 5 % calf serum,5 % calf serum 10 % normal human placental tissue and 5 % calf serum 200 μg/L insulin 400 μg/L hydrocortisone.Through contrast experiments the results demonstrated that the normal human placental tissue extract has nutritional and growths effectiveness and promotes cellular multiplication and metabolism.It is a good cosmetic nutritional and active additive.
