Determination 4,4-dimethyl-3-isoxazolidinone by HPLC

采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,在流动相 :甲醇 +水 =60 +40 (V/V) ,UV - 2 2 3nm条件下 ,用外标法测定 4 ,4 二甲基 3 异口恶唑酮的含量。该法测定的标准偏差为 0 0 5,变异系数为 0 38% ,回收率为 99 2 4 %～ 10 0 .2 8%。

A reversed phase HPLC was applied for determining 4,4 dimethyl 3 isoxazolidinone. The samples were detected with 60% methanol and water as mobile phase at UV-223nm. The precision was 0.05 with variation coefficient being 0.38%, the recovery 99.24%～ 100.28%.
