摘要
目前新建的亚临界机组中 ,主蒸汽管道及再热蒸汽管道热段的材料已用P91钢代替P2 2钢。为此 ,从化学元素、室温力学性能、许用应力及蠕变强度、线膨胀系数和导热率、焊接性能方面分析比较P91钢和P2 2钢 ,说明P91钢更具优越性。最后通过在工程上的实际应用 ,进一步说明采用P91钢能节省管材 ,方便设计、安装 ,经济效益非常显著。
Steel P91 has been used instead of P22 as the material for main steam and high temperature reheat steam pipelines in new built subcritical pressure units. In this paper, a comparison is made between Steel P91 and P22 on their chemical elements, room temperature mechanical properties, allowable stress, creep strength, expansibility linear, heat conductivity and welding performance, which shows the advantage of Steel P91 over Steel P22. The applications of Steel P91 to several projects also indicate its notable economic performance.
