螺旋密封式给水泵密封水压差小跳泵的处理

Trip of screw-sealing feed-water pumps because of inadequate seal water pressure difference and its handling

在对螺旋密封式给水泵的密封原理作简要介绍的基础上 ,针对其因密封水压差小而导致频繁跳泵的问题进行了讨论。对各地实践中采取的各种处理方法加以分析 ,指出了一种简单易行的处理方法 ,即在密封水压差小跳给水泵的保护上增加一密封水回水温度高的条件。该方法经实践检验 ,效果良好。

This paper briefly introduces the sealing principle of the screw sealing feed water pump, and deals with its frequent trip problem arising from inadequate pressure difference of seal water. With an analysis of several measures adopted in some power plants, a simple method is presented, i e , to add a condition to the corresponding trip protection that the temperature of back seal water should be high. The effectiveness of the said method was validated in practice.
