摘要
本文对 L ama[1 ] 模型进行了修正 ,得到了高管壁负载时的低气压 Ar- Ne- Hg放电解析模型。按照该模型算出的轴向电场强度的理论值与实验数据符合较好。
Based on Lama's model [1] ,a modified analytical model of low pressure Hg vapor discharge with high loading was developed.The axial electric field strength of Ar Ne Hg discharge was derived.Theoretical results calculated according to this model were in good agreement with the experimental ones.
