温室白粉虱防治试验技术研究及FMC54800药效测定

An Experiment in the Control of Greenhouse White-Fly With the New Pesticide

本文采用改进的方法,用美国FMC公司提供的新农药FMC54800进行了防治试验,结果表明:用改进的方法进行白粉虱的药剂防治试验,可以获得准确的测定结果;FMC54800对温室白粉虱的成虫、若虫和伪蛹均有非常突出的防治效果,远优于杀灭菊酯DDVP,但杀卵效果不够理想;使用10%FMC54000乳剂防治温室白粉虱,最适浓度为10ppm,即10%FMC5400乳剂10000倍液。

Since 1975,the harm of greenhouse white-fly(Trialeurodes vaporariorum westwood) has been more and more serious and it has become one of the main pests on vegetable and garden in China.An experiment was made in controling the pest with the new pesticide—FMC 54800(Biphenthrin),produced by FMC Co.U.S.A.The pesticide was quite effective on killing the imago,the nymph and the 'pseudo-pupa' of greenhouse white-fly,but not on the egg,with the death rares of the imago— 99.1%,the nymph—97.9%; the 'pseudo-pupa'—97.2%; the egg—42,0%.
