摘要
针对汽轮机同步器普遍存在打滑、空行程、卡涩、漏油以及无法实现汽轮机精确远操控制等现象进行分析 ,并采用可控同步器对哈汽 1 0 0 MW机组调节系统进行改造 ,彻底解决了原同步器的故障问题。
Generally,there have some defects in the turbine synchronizer,such as skidding,null displacement,locking,and leaking.So,it can not realize the accurate remote-control.This paper analyzes those matters above and rebuilds the governing system of 100 MW turbine manufactured by HAERBIN TURBINE CO.by using the intelligent controllable synchronizer.This method completelly solves the faults of old synchronizer and accomplishes the accurate remote-control.
