摘要
试验从1986年11月1日到翌年4月26日,分期对核桃伤流液进行了收集和成分测定。结果表明:在整个休眠期核桃伤流的发生有两个高峰,分别在11月15日—25日和翌年3月25日—4月14日;伤流液中含有大量可溶性糖、氮素、14种矿质元素和7种氨基酸,以及少量的酚类物质和微量的核桃醌。其含量也因收集的时期不同而异。
In the experiment,the xylem bleeding of walnut was collected by stages from November 1,1986 to April 26,1987, the composition of which was analyzed.The results were as follows: There were two peaks of walnut xylem bleeding in the whole dominant season,which were from November 15 to 25,1986 and from March 25 to April 14,1987 separately. There was a great quantity of soluble sugar,nitrogen,14 kinds of mineral elements, 7 kinds of amino acids,little phenols and trace juglone in the bleeding.And their contents varied with the stages of collection.
