摘要
通过浸种处理方法研究了新型植物生长调节剂β—吡啶基丙醇(商品名784—1)对红小豆苗期至分枝期光合作用有关因素的影响。结果表明,处理能提高叶片的光合作用速率,尤其对RuBP羧化酶活性有促进作用;处理还提高了叶片可溶性蛋白质含量和叶绿素含量,并使叶绿体基粒片层增多,因此,使红小豆植株光合作用增强。
Effects of β-pyridyl propanol on the photosynthesis of adsukibean(phaseolus angularis W.)were studied.The results were summarized as follows: by seed-soaking treatment with the β-pyridyl propanol water solution for six hours at 26℃, the activity of RuBP carboxylase (EC 4.1.1.39)of the leaf was eahened.The contents of both chlorophyll and soluble protein of the leaf were higher than those in controls, so that more lamellae of chloroplast were made.As a result photosynthetic rate of the leaf was enhenced.
