摘要
巯基化树脂催化剂用于双酚A生产 ,易被原料苯酚中的杂质中毒 ,而且在较高的介质温度下磺酸基流失明显。采用保护树脂对原料苯酚纯化预处理 ,并选择耐温性能较好的树脂做催化剂基体 ,巯基化催化剂的使用寿命可大大延长。
In BPA production impurities in raw material phenol can poison mercaptan radical contained in resin catalyst,and sulphonic acid radical also in resin is easy to lose in higher temperature medium.Purifying phenol with protection resin before reaction,and selecting temperature resisting resin as catalyst framework can largely extend catalyst life time.Applying resin catalyst containing mercaptan promoter to BPA industrial production is possible.
