摘要 通过圆环形容器的薄膜应力分析,推导了圆环形容器(包括弯头)的应力计算公式,根据最大应力并结合弯头制造加工方法,给出了圆环形容器的璧厚计算公式。并通过算例对比,证明本方法是安全可靠的,且不需查表就可以直接求出下料直管的璧厚,应用起来十分方便。 Through the membrane stress analysis in the ring shape pressure vessel, the stress equations were derived. Then, based on the maximum stress equation and the fabrication process of the elbow, the equation for calculating the necessary thickness was presented. From the results of the calculation practice, it was proved that the method is safe. Furthermore, the thickness of the straight pipe for the process could be calculated directly, and no method of table checking was needed. The application of the equation to engineering is very convenient.
