摘要
以接枝率和凝胶量为评价指标 ,采用熔融接枝法比较了开炼接枝和密炼接枝对线性低密度聚乙烯 (LLDPE)功能化的影响。开炼接枝适宜的反应条件为温度 1 60~ 1 70℃ ,时间 5min ,密炼接枝的温度为 1 60℃ ,时间 7min ,引发剂用量为 1 .0phr,MAH用量为 1 0phr。在同样的条件下 ,密炼接枝比开炼接枝的效果好。
Details are giving primarily of the effects of a number of parameters, such as reaction time, temperature, amount of monomers and initiators, on the degree of grafting and gel content under different conditions. It is found that better results are obtained in the Rheomixer than in two-roll mill under conditions as follows: reaction temperature 160°C, reaction time 7 min, initiator dosage 1.0 phr, maleic anhydride dosage 10 phr.
