摘要 在我们过去研究成功的锦橙硅窗袋藏法的基础上,改用FC-8型布基硅橡胶膜作硅窗,加用“增效剂”和乙烯吸收剂,效果显著提高。锦橙在产地常温下贮藏4个月,不检查,好果率98%左右,腐果率0-1.68%,失重1.50-1.67%,果汁丰富、味浓,果肉化渣,果实新鲜、色泽红艳。方法的性质为低乙烯、简易动态气调辅助下的化学贮藏。 Better results have been achieved by means of storing' Jingcheng' orange in silicon rubber film windowed plastic bag since FC-8 cloth based silcon rubber film was used as the silicon window, based on the formerly sucessful technique we obtained, with the addition of synergist and ethylene absorbent. 'Jingcheng' orange fruit can be stored for 4 months under the normal temperature in the citrus producing area without inspection, showing a proportion of sound fruits of about 98%, rotten fruits of about 0 to 1.68%, weight loss of about 1.5 to 1.67%. The fruit is both fresh and colourful with abundant fruit juice, strong flavour and melting pulps. This method is mainly based on the chemical storage as- sisted by low ethylene and simply dynamic controlled atmosphere.
