摘要
采用扫描电镜和X-射线衍射方法,研究了纯Zn和Zn-Fe合金[含Fe 0.2%~0.8%(wt)]镀层的结构和表面形貌;利用电化学综合测试仪研究了纯Zn和Zn-Fe合金镀层的极化电阻和腐蚀电流。结果表明:Zn-Fe合金镀层表面较纯Zn镀层表面光亮,晶粒更为细小;Zn-Fe合金镀层的极化电阻更高而腐蚀电流较纯Zn镀层显著减小;Zn-Fe合金择优取向生长面为(002),纯Zn的择优取向生长面为(100)。
The corrosion current and polarization resistance, and also surface morphology and structure have been investigated by XRD, SEM and electrochemical means. The experimental results showed that the preferential growth crystal planes of Zn and Zn-Fe alloy deposits were (100) and (002) respectively, and the crystal grains of Zn-Fe alloy deposit were finer than that of the Zn deposit. The results also revealed that the polasization resistance of Zn-Fe alloy deposit was higher than that of the Zn coating, and the corrosion current of the former was much smaller.
