摘要
分析了阳极氧化槽、封孔槽中的离子对6063铝型材氧化膜质量的影响，对比生产现场提取的氧化槽和封孔槽内的金属阳离子和酸根阴离子浓度的分析结果，提出了相应的控制措施。
The effects of ions in oxidizing and sealing bath; solution on the quality of oxide film were investigated. On-line analysis were made on the concentrations of anion and cation in oxidizing and sealing solutions. The factors affecting the quality of oxide film were discussed.
