摘要
设计了中试实验装置 ,在高真空度及低压差条件下 ,进行 MDI同分异构体及水分解氯的同时分离的实验研究 ,实验结果表明产品 4,4’体 MDI的纯度可达 99%以上 ,水解氯含量少于 0 .0 0 2 8% ,且可以防止二聚体的生成 ,MDI的收率可达 98%以上。
The pilot is designed to carry out the experimental study of the synchronous separation process of MDI isomer and hydrolyzable chloride under the condition of high vacuum degree and low pressure difference. The experiment testified that the 4,4′-isomer′s content can reach 99% with the content of hydrolyzed chlorine lower than 0.0028% and prevent the generation of dimer and that the yield of MDI can reach 99%.
