摘要
为考核改进新松弛法的可靠性与通用性 ,分别对各种不同类型萃取塔进行了模拟分析。模拟结果与设计值、文献值吻合较好 ,说明改进新松弛法可适用于多股进料、多股侧线采出和多个中间换热的液液萃取过程 ,收敛速度快 ,稳定性好。
For validating veracity and currency of the improved relaxation arithmetic , many kinds of extraction towers were simulated and analyzed, and the simulation values agreed well with the literature, designing values and spot operating datas. The results indicated that the improved method can be used to simulate many kinds of liquid-liquid extraction process.
