摘要
用7个小麦品种洛夫林10,洛夫林13,阿芙乐尔,高加索,山前麦,Sage和方秃头分别与感病品种5389杂交。对各自的F_1、F_2、F_3和测交一代用叶锈菌培养物85—16—3(4)—3(叶中1号)进行测定,发现除洛夫林10在特定的环境条件下表现高反应外,其它6个品种各有1对显性基因控制对该培养物的低反应。
The inheritance of wheat to seedling resistannco fo the culture 85-16-3(4)-3 of Puccinia recondita f. sp. tritici was studied. Seven wheat varieties,namely, Kavkaz, Predgornaia Aurora, Lovrin 10, Lovrin 13, Sage and Fangtutuo were crossed respectively with 5389 which used as the susceptible parent. The reaction of F1, F2, and F3 was analyzed. It was found that in the tested varieties one dominant gene was responsible for controlling the rust resistance except Lovrin 10 which was normally resistant to leaf rust, however, it also showed high reaction under the particular enviromental condition during the incubation period, Further work was discussed.
