硫酸法木素活性炭新工艺研究

DEVELOPMENT OF NEW TECHNOLOGY IN XYLOID ACTIVATED CARBON BY SULPHURIC ACID METHOD

对硫酸法木素活性炭原生产工艺的改进进行了论述 ,改高温炭化活化为常温糖化和高温炭化活化工艺 ,该工艺的优点 :一是产品脱色力提高 ,扩大了使用范围 ;二是操作安全方便 。

This article describes the new technology of xyloid activated carbon by sulphuric acid method. It turns the carbonation and activation under high temperature into the saccharification under normal temperature and the carbonation and activation under high temperature. The advantages of new technology are that the decolour ability of product is increased and its use is more extensive, besides, the new technology is safe and convenient to control and easy to apply in industry.
