针对活性炭生产设备落后的现状 ,作者新设计了一种外热式、尾气回收三级搅拌反应炉。文中介绍了反应炉设计要点、尾气处理工艺和参数 。

The author of this paper designed a new type of activated carbon production system to improve the existing production level. The new system is a three stage mixing reaction kiln of external heating, whicn can recover the tail gas. It also explained the key points of the reaction kiln design, the technology and parameters of the tail gas treatment and gave an economic efficincy analysis.
