摘要
研究了油酸钠对硬铝合金LY12CZ在3.5% NaCl溶液中的缓蚀作用及机理。电化学极化曲线测试结果表明,当油酸钠的浓度较低时,其缓蚀效率随浓度增加而增大至一最大值,随后油酸钠浓度再增大其缓蚀效率却基本恒定。最佳油酸钠浓度为0.20 mg/g。扫描电镜(SEM)观察与研究发现,经油酸钠缓蚀的铝合金表面形貌,腐蚀轻微,表面平整,与未加缓蚀剂而被腐蚀的铝合金表面形貌明显不同。油酸钠的缓蚀机理主要是抑制铝合金的阳极反应。
The inhibitive effect of sodium oleate on aluminium alloy LY12CZ in 3. 5% NaC1 solution was investigated by SEM and polarization curve methods. The experimental results showed that the inhibition efficiency increased with the sodium oleate concentration increasing at low sodium oleate concentration, and then maintained constantly while the concentration of sodium oleate further increased.
