摘要
开发了 DVD－ RAM驱动器。其容量与 DVD－ ROM(Video)相同 (4.7 GB)，记录和读出时的传输速率为 22.16 Mbps。该驱动器通过新开发的单镜集成化记录用光头、光道中心控制 /倾斜控制及加强的记录系统学习功能，实现了 4.7 GB的高密度记录所要求的功能，如高精度控制及兼容性、适应盘片各种变化的稳定的记录性能。而且，该驱动器还兼容 2.6 GB DVD－ RAM盘的记录 /读出、 DVD－ ROM和 CD－ ROM盘的读出。
DVD－ RAM drive writes and read 4.7GB DVD－ RAM disc,which has same capacity with DVD－ ROM/VIDEO disc,at 22.16Mbps.It equipes newly developed single lens type integrated writable optical head unit,track－ center servo and radial tilt servo,strong self－ calibration fuction for write parameters and achieves high compatibility and stability of write/read operations for various fluctuations of disc characteristics. DVD－ RAM drive writes and read 2.6GB DVD－ RAM disc and also play DVD－ ROM disc and CD－ ROM/DA disc.
