摘要
浅电子陷阱技术是掺杂技术的一个分支,近年来有关它的研究和应用又开始受到人们的重视。本文简单介绍了照相乳剂颗粒中浅电子陷阱的形成及原理,并对可形成浅电子陷阱的掺杂剂的类型及其在卤化银乳剂颗粒中掺杂的部位、使用量和所起的作用进行了初步的分析。在卤化银乳剂制备过程中使用浅电子陷阱剂可有效地提高照相感光度。
Shallow electron trap technology is one part of doping technology,the research and application of shallow electron trap has become important in recent years.This article introduces the formation and mechanisms of shallow electron trap in photographic emulsion grains,analyzes the types of shallow eletron trap forming dopants,and the doping sites,coventional concentrations and effects of shallow electron trap when it doping in photographic emulsions.Applying shallow electron trap forming dopants in the preparation of silver halide emulsion may increase photographic sensitivity evidently.
