摘要
提出了对氯-γ溴丙苯的合成方法,以对氯氯苄为原料制取对氯苄基氯化镁,通过镁过量解决了在四氢呋喃中的偶联问题,提高了格氏试剂的收率,此格氏试剂与环氧乙烷反应得到对氯-γ-苯丙醇,然后在三氯甲烷助溶剂作用下,与过量的氢溴酸反应得到对氯-γ-溴丙苯,文中优化得出了最佳合成条件,为工业化生产提供了理论依据。
Method of synthesis of 1 - (3 - bromopropyl) - 4 - chloro - benzene was put forwards. P - chrolobenzyl chloride reacting with magnesium gains p - chrolobenzyl magnesium chloride, excessive magnesium solves coincidence in THF and increases Grignard agent earnings, The Grignard agent reacting with epoxyethane gains 1 - (3 - propanol) -4-chloro - benzene, 1 - (3 - propanol) - 4-chloro - benzene reacting with excessive HBr in trichlorornethane gains 1 - (3 -bromopropyl) - 4 - chloro - benzene. The best condition of synthesis was gel. This method can be theoreitcal basis of industry production .
