摘要
在实验室内用一步法合成了松香改性壬基酚醛树脂。考察反应介质pH值、酚醛摩尔比、原料壬基酚、加醛速度和缩合保温时间对产品质量的影响,最佳合成条件为:酚醛摩尔比为1:23,反应介质pH值为9,壬基酚对邻比大于90:10,缩合保温时间为3.5~4h。此条件下合成的产品质量达到或超过二步法工艺。
Rosin modified nonylphenolic resin was synthesized by one - step synthesis in laboratory. The effects including reaction medium pH value, molar ratio of nonyl phenol/methyl aldehyde, nonyl phenol, rate of adding methyl aldehyde, and condensation time on quality of the product were investigated. The optimum conditions of synthesis were determined as follows: molar ratio of nonyl phenol/methyl aldehyde 1:2.3, reaction medium pH value 9, ratio of para - /ortho - nonyl phenol more than 90:10, and condensation time 3.5 - 4 h. The quality of the product by one - step synthesis are up to or over that of the product prepared by two - step synthesis.
