摘要
研究了用乙醛酸和尿素为原料合成尿囊素的方法,探讨了反应可能存在的机理。实验表明,将反应后分离出尿囊素的母液循环利用一次可明显提高尿囊素的总收率。
The synthesis of allantoin from glyoxalic acid and urea was studied. The possible mechanisms for reaction of allantoin with glyoxalic acid are discussed. The experimental result showed that the total yield of allantoin can be obviously increased by recycling the reaction mother solution once.
