摘要
对山梨酸的各种生产工艺进行了比较,介绍了目前国内外山梨酸的市场及应用。指出在今后一段时期内,国内对山梨酸的需求量会不断增长,山梨酸仍将供不应求,并对调整工艺构成比和生产装置规模以及被淘汰生产装置转产提出建议。
Several production processes for sorbic acid have been compared and the market and application of sorbic acid at home and abroad have been outlined. It was pointed that the production of sorbic acid cann' t meet the re-qirements with the increasing demand of sorbic acid. Suggestions on adjusting the construction of processes and production scale, and reusing the eliminated plants were put forward.
