摘要
以 HDI、PBA、DMPA为原料合成了阴离子型聚氨酯乳液 ,研究了乳液及其胶膜的性能 ,讨论了Ca2 +对胶膜耐水性的影响 ,并与 TDI-PBA-DMPA体系进行比较。结果表明 ,在相同配比下 ,HDI-PBA-DMPA体系 PU乳液的粒径大于 TDI-PBA-DMPA体系 ;同时 ,前者所成胶膜的拉伸强度小于后者 ,断裂伸长率大于后者。Ca2 + 能使 PU乳液迅速沉聚 ,并可提高胶膜的耐水性。
Anionic polyurethane (PU) emulsion was synthesized from hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI), poly butylene adipate (PBA) and dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA), etc. The properties of the emulsion and the film were studied and compared with those of the TDI-PBA-DMPA system. It was found that at the same formula, particle size of the HDI-PBA-DMPA system PU emulsion is larger than that of the TDI-PBA-DMPA system; tensile strength and tensile yield of the former film are more than and less than that of the latter respectively. The effect of calcium ion on the film was studied. The result shows that Ca 2+ can quickly damage the stability of PU emulsion; PU film treated with Ca 2+ has superior water-resistance property. We also roughly evaluated the prospect of the application of the HDI-PBA-DMPA system PU emulsion in terms of wall protection and ornamentation.
