10%氰氟草酯乳油的高效液相色谱分析

The Analysis Method of Cyhalofop-butyl by HPLC

采用高效液相色谱 ,使用反相色谱柱和紫外检测器 ,用外标法对 10 %氰氟草酯乳油进行定性定量分析。方法的标准偏差 0 0 3% ,变异系数 0 0 4% ,线性相关系数为 0 9998,回收率为99 8%～ 10 0 5 %。

The quantitative analysis of cyhalofop-butyl by HPLC with C 18 column at UV 248nm was introduced.The results showed that standard deviation,variation coefficient and average recovery was 0.03%,0.04% and 100.2%,respectively.Linear relative coefficient was 0.9998.
