Study on crystallization control and surface modification of light calcium carbonate for cigarette tissue making

在传统的轻质碳酸钙生产工艺基础上 ,通过调整工艺条件 ,添加结晶控制剂和表面改性剂 ,制得高档卷烟纸生产的轻质碳酸钙。探讨了温度、压力、结晶控制剂和表面改性剂的添加时间和添加量等影响因素 ,确定了最佳工艺条件。

The light calcium carbonate was prepared for cigarette tissue by optimizing reaction conditions, adding crystalline controllers and surface modifier based on the traditional production technique. The influences of temperature, pressure, adding time, adding amount of crystalline controllers and surface modifier on the size and the shape of light calcium carbonate were investigated. Optimum conditions for its production were determined.
