Study on the Analytical Methods of Chintin and Chitosan

近几年来甲壳质、壳聚糖在医药、环保、纺织、印染、造纸等领域中得到广泛的应用。甲壳质脱乙酰度的高低直接影响到壳聚糖的性质。因此 ,壳聚糖所含酰基度的分析就显得格外重要。对有些不同的分析方法进行分析实验考察 ,比较其优缺点 ,并采用紫外光谱法对其进行测试 ,得到比较满意的结果。

In recent years, chitin and chitosan have been used widely in the fields of medicine, environmental protection, spinning and weaving, printing and dyeing, papermaking and so on. Deacetylation degree has direct effect on properties of chitosan. So, its determination is very important. In this paper, several analytical methods of deacetylation degree of chitosan have been discussed and its ultraviolet spectral analysis has been described in greater detail.
