摘要
分别采用含丙烯酰端基的乙二醇 丙二醇共聚物和OP类表面活性剂作为乳化剂 ,研究了分别含有环氧基团和氨基基团的反应型双组分丙烯酸酯乳胶的乳液聚合的制备工艺和影响因素 ,比较了复合乳化剂的乳液聚合和无皂乳液聚合两种工艺。研究结果表明 ,无皂乳液聚合制备的乳液成膜温度低 。
Soap free bi component latices of polyacrylates containing epoxy group and amino group respectively were synthesized by the means of emulsion polymerization technology,and the effects of emulgents and temperature on the preparation process were also investigated.The forming film of the emulsion possesses excellent water resistance.
