摘要
将带有苦味的柑桔汁经过澄清 ,用 0 3 %的活性炭 ,在室温下脱苦 30min ,再通过离心或过滤法分离活性炭 ,可将包括极苦的橙子二次榨汁等柑桔汁中的苦味完全脱除。同时 ,还对葡萄柚汁饮料进行了试制。
The results showed that all of the bitterness of the clear twice-compressed orange concentration would be removed by the treatment of removing bitterness at room temperature for 30 minutes,along with 0 3% active carbon and the carbon was removed by filtration or centrifugence.The same experiment in the soft drink of grape concentration was conducted.
