试论GA747型剑杆织机的品种适应性与局限性

Diccussion of the Adaptability and Limitation on GA747 Rapier Loom

对当前国内采用较多的GA747型剑杆织机结合实践进行分析 ,认为其实现了纬纱大卷装、多色和较复杂组织的织造 ,对中紧度织物相当适应 ,但其断纬停台较多 ,开车经缩、稀密路、跳纱等疵点多 ,卷取机构不稳定 ,对高紧度、大张力品种适应性差 。

According to the applicated analyses on GA747 rapier loom that adopted by our country in large numbers,this paper considered that,GA747 rapier loom brought about the large weft package,the weaving with multicolor and more complicated weave,it was much suitable for the fabric with medium compactness.But because of too much weft broken and unstable take\|off mechanism,the GA747 rapier loom had the bad adaptability on the fabric with high compactness and larger tension,it was only suited to a part of different grade of weaving innovation.
