摘要
对从大豆油脚制备高纯度卵磷脂工艺进行了研究。提出了用吸附剂、微滤膜去色、除杂 ,用金属盐沉淀剂除去脑磷脂的新工艺 ,从而使产品中卵磷脂含量达到 85%以上。同时 ,着重研究了丙酮脱油时pH值对磷脂回收率的影响 ,使磷脂损失率降到最低水平。并确定了丙酮脱油制取粉末磷脂时的最低丙酮浓度 。
This paper studied on the means of preparing the highpure lecithin from soybean oil foot. The methods of using adsorbent and micropore membrane to decolor and to remove impurity were put forward. The purity of soybean lecithin product reached more than 85% with metallic compound for precipitating kephalin. The loss of lecithin descended at lowest by determining pH of acetone. The minimum concentration of acetone was determined in order to reduce the cost of soybean lecithin powder.
