毛用固色剂HK的合成及应用

Synthesis and application of the wool fixing agent HK

介绍了利用环氧氯丙烷和对苯二酚合成的非离子表面活性剂HK ,在毛纺织品用强酸性染料染色后的固色工艺及效果。试验结果表明 ,固色后织物的色牢度有较大的提高 ,尤其是湿摩擦牢度有显著改善而且色光变化较小。

In this paper, a non\|ionic surfacant HK was synthesized with epichlorohydrin and hydroquinone. Also, its fixing process and effect were discussed when it was used during the wool fabrics dyeing with leveling acid dyes. The examination results show that the color fastness of the fixed fabric has improved significantly but the shade changed slightly.
