摘要
咪唑〔1,2 α〕吡啶衍生物具有生理活性 ,可作为香料、药物及药物中间体 ,其反应研究及衍生物合成在医药化学、生物化学、合成化学中有着重要的应用价值。通过对咪唑〔1,2 α〕吡啶的研究 ,发现其可发生 5 位吡啶环和侧链上的取代以及咪唑环加成和侧链取代烃化反应。并探讨了反应的影响因素 ,提出了一个合成咪唑〔1,2 α〕吡啶衍生物的新方法 ,合成并分离出两个新化合物 ,通过质谱 (MS) ,核磁共振谱 (13 CNMR) ,红外光谱 (IR)及紫外光谱 (UV)进行了结构表征。
Imidazol 〔1,2 α〕 pyridine derivatants with physiological activity can be used as perfume,medicament and medicinal medium. The reaction investigation and synthesis of these compounds are very important in the fields of modern medicamentous, biological, synthetic chemistry and so on. We have found the substitution at 5 position of pyridine ring and the lateral chain and the addition of imidazol ring and the lateral substitutive alkylation. Analyzing different factors affecting the reaction, we have proposed a novel method for imidazo〔1,2 α〕pyridine derivatants synthesis. Two new compounds are synthesized and their structures are characterized by using MS; 13 CNMR; IR and UV.
