摘要
欲提高氨基丙烯酸涂料的硬度、耐沸水性和耐盐雾性,必须提高涂膜的交联密度,为此合成了分子量分布窄、官能度分布均匀、分子量较低的羟基丙烯酸树脂。本文充分考虑引发剂、温度、单体、链转移剂等反应因素,利用正交法获得了最佳树脂合成方案。结果表明,利用该树脂配制的氨基丙烯酸涂料涂膜交联密度大,其白色氨基丙烯酸磁漆的硬度、耐沸水性及耐盐雾性全部达到国外同类产品指标。
he improvement of hardness, boil-water resistanceand salt fog resistance of the melamine/acrylic paintdepends on the crosslinking density of the paint film.It is necessary to prepare narrow MWD, uniformfunction distribution and lower MW hydoxy acrylicresins. An optimum resin synthetic approach was de-veloped by considering the initiator,temperature,monomers ,chain transfer agent etc. It was found thata maxinium crosslinking density could be reached byusing this resin and the film performance, such ashardness, boil-water and salt fog resistances of awhite melamine/acrylic paint have reached the stan-dards of similar products abroad.
